Customer Care Representative

Overview Parsippany NJ (Hybrid 2-3 Days In Office) Full Time | Exempt Join EBI - Support Patients & Providers We are hiring a Customer Care Representative to support order processing, patient inquiries and customer experience for our medical device products. This is a high-impact role working directly with patients, providers and internal teams. Responsibilities Manage order intake, entry, invoicing and fulfillment coordination Handle inbound calls from patients, providers and sales teams Provide technical support and troubleshooting Process and document product and non-product complaints Support customer reporting, surveys and follow-ups Qualifications 3-5 years of customer service experience (healthcare preferred) Strong communication and problem solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Experience with order to cash processes a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Why Apply?
