What Youll Do
- Maintain a deep understanding of all bank products and services.
- Provide superior customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Conduct a wide range of financial transactions, including account openings and various payments.
- Actively sell and refer bank products and services, following up with prospects.
- Perform teller duties, including cash drawer management and settlement procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to all security, compliance, and retail banking policies.
- Comply with Bank Secrecy Act requirements, including Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and Customer Identification Program (CIP).
What Were Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of retail banking or retail sales and service experience.
- Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Demonstrated sales and service-oriented personality.
- Proficiency in general computer knowledge; banking application experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Availability to work rotating Saturdays and evenings.
