No insurance experience? No problem. We provide the training.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll spend your day working with people—not sitting behind a desk.

• Meet with local businesses and their employees
• Build relationships and become a trusted point of contact for clients
• Help employees understand their supplemental benefit options
• Assist clients through the enrollment process
• Follow up and provide ongoing support
• Grow your client base and work toward weekly goals

No previous insurance or benefits experience is required.

High school diploma/GED, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, local travel, and ability to pass a background check are required.

The Opportunity

This is an in-person, field-based position with performance-based compensation, including uncapped commissions, bonuses, and incentives. Individual earnings vary based on performance.
