Hi, Our client is looking for an Senior Service Now Developer -Philadelphia, PA below is the detailed requirement. Job Title: Senior Service Now Developer Location: Philadelphia, PA Job Description: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience Design, develop, and support ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities with a focus on Discovery, CMDB, CSDM, and ITOM.
Implement and maintain ServiceNow Discovery for accurate infrastructure and application dependency mapping. Configure and manage CMDB governance, reconciliation rules, identification rules, and health dashboards. Drive CSDM adoption and align CMDB data models with ServiceNow best practices. Implement and enhance ITOM modules, including Event Management, Service Mapping, and Discovery.
Develop custom applications, workflows, integrations, and automation solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities. Create and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Flow Designer flows, and Integration Hub integrations. Design and develop REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications and third-party tools.
Troubleshoot complex platform, discovery, and integration issues. Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. Participate in code reviews, platform upgrades, and release management activities. Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform architecture.
Experience working with Service Portal and UI Builder is preferred. Knowledge of MID Server configuration and troubleshooting. ServiceNow certifications preferred: Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform architecture. Experience working with Service Portal and UI Builder is preferred. Knowledge of MID Server configuration and troubleshooting.
