Role Description

The Onboarding Specialist at Reap is a full-time role. Hybrid preferred in Miami / South Florida. Remote considered for the right candidate.

You will own facility onboarding end to end, from signed agreement to live and billing. You will run every new facility through our onboarding process: chasing data access, setting up accounts, coordinating training, and confirming each facility is ready to go live.

This role is for someone who loves a clean checklist, notices the one field that is wrong, and keeps a dozen moving pieces on track without dropping any of them.

Day to day you will:

• Guide new customer facilities through onboarding, from kickoff to go-live
• Coordinate system access and data setup with customers and their software vendors
• Set up customer accounts and keep onboarding records accurate
• Coordinate training for customer staff
• Be the main point of contact for customers during onboarding, with clear timelines and proactive updates
• Help improve our onboarding process, checklists, and tools as we scale

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail. You catch the mismatched name, the missing date, the step someone skipped
• Highly organized. You manage many facilities at different stages at once, and you always know what is next for each one
• A little technical. You are comfortable learning new software quickly, troubleshooting access issues, and working with spreadsheets and data
• Clear, reliable communicator who follows up without being reminded
• 2+ years in implementation, onboarding, operations, or a similar process-heavy role
• No healthcare or business office experience required. We will teach you the domain

Nice to have

• Experience onboarding customers at a B2B SaaS company
• Familiarity with healthcare software or billing
• Startup experience, especially building processes where none exist yet
