We are hiring Sales Consultants to join our team at Walker GMC! We provide continuous online and hands-on training for all positions, a fantastic culture with monthly cook-outs and fishing tournaments and opportunities for advancement which will help you grow at Walker Automotive! BENEFITS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Be the vehicle expert. Know the in's & the out's of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Bring your 'A game' & a positive attitude with you every day.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous dealership experience is not required, but a plus!
- Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
- Have quality customer service skills
- Possess strong communication skills
- Must have a clean & valid driver's license
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8 am - 5 pm or 8 am - 7 pm, Fridays - 8 am - 6 pm, every other Saturday - 9 am - 5 pm.
Pay is commissioned based. First 60 days you will be set up on a payment plan!
