What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients with diverse impairments in outpatient settings
• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans
• Perform therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and functional activities
• Educate patients and caregivers for optimal recovery
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
• Document patient progress using electronic health records
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies and safety guidelines

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid Arkansas Physical Therapy license
  • CPR certification (ACLS and BLS preferred)
  • 1+ year outpatient experience
• Preferred:
  • Experience with manual therapy, vestibular rehab, or pelvic floor therapy
  • Strong communication and patient engagement skills
