Company Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team for a contract assignment in Ogden, Utah. The ideal candidate will have experience with panel building, machine wiring, electrical troubleshooting, and schematic interpretation. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork while assembling equipment according to engineering designs and customer specifications. Qualifications Key Responsibilities
- Assemble equipment according to approved designs and customer specifications.
- Troubleshoot electrical wiring and circuits efficiently and safely.
- Perform machine wiring in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Document and communicate changes, issues, and resolutions throughout the build process.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting project deadlines.
- Collaborate with project teams to provide updates on build progress and resolve open issues.
- Support ISO and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Contribute to achieving project goals related to cost, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years of electrical experience preferred.
- Related vocational or technical education preferred.
- Journeyman Electrician card preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of:
- Electrical schematic interpretation
- Control panel building
- Machine wiring
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately.
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work on or beneath machinery.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to obtain the following certifications after hire:
- Forklift (Hi-Lo) License
- Aerial Platform Certification
- Overhead Crane Certification
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Training
