Key Responsibilities Brand Ambassador – Create a welcoming store environment and model professionalism, positivity, and strong sales behaviors. Relationship Builder – Use active listening and thoughtful questioning to guide customers toward solutions that meet their needs and drive sales performance. Product and Services Expert – Confidently sell devices, plans, and services, simplifying technology for customers and staying up‑to‑date on promotions and product knowledge. Store Key Support – As a senior team member, support opening and closing activities, ensure store security and organization, and maintain a smooth, professional store experience during shifts. Qualifications High school diploma required. 1–2 years of retail keyholder experience preferred, ideally in a consultative, customer‑focused environment (wireless sales experience preferred). Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Physical ability to perform tasks involving bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items. Ability to move around the store, assist customers, and maneuver merchandise as needed. Benefits Competitive base pay ($19.75 – $21.00 / hour) plus uncapped commission. Minimum $42,000; maximum $47,250 annual salary range for full‑time coverage based on national data.
