Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Shape the next academic year as a Speech-Language Pathologist working in a dynamic middle school environment. This contract opportunity begins August 24, 2026, and continues through June 4, 2027, offering the chance to impact student communication skills in a supportive, educational setting. The role centers on two middle schools, where your expertise will enhance student learning and also provide supervision for an SLPA who manages a significant portion of the direct service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are required
• Previous experience in educational settings, preferably with middle school students
• Proven ability to supervise and mentor support staff such as SLPAs
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate speech and language services across two middle schools
• Supervise the assigned SLPA, ensuring high standards in evaluation, therapy, and documentation
• Develop and implement individualized speech-language programs to support student IEPs
• Collaborate with educational teams, participate in meetings, and provide input for student success
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with all school and state requirements
