Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Bring your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students across a vibrant community for the 2026–2027 school year. This contract opportunity, based near Burnsville, MN, offers an engaging itinerant role where you’ll work on-site across multiple school locations. You’ll collaborate within multidisciplinary educational teams and make a direct impact on students’ communication abilities and academic growth.

Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Possession of a Professional Educator Credential: Level 2, 3, or 4
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in a K–12 educational setting highly valued
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Commitment to on-site service—virtual/remote options are not available for this assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Provide direct therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
• Maintain detailed, timely documentation and progress notes
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to reinforce carryover of skills
• Serve as a resource for colleagues, offering expertise on communication disorders and classroom strategies
• Travel between assigned sites as needed (itinerant support)

This contract role offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, running from August 17, 2026, through May 28, 2027. You’ll enjoy the opportunity to grow professionally alongside dedicated educators in a supportive environment focused on student success.
