Job Description The pay for this position is $18.00/hour plus tips and bonus. At Five Guys, we serve outstanding burgers and fries in clean restaurants with a top-tier customer service approach. Shift Manager Responsibilities Shift managers are trained to perform all duties performed by crew members and shift leaders, with additional responsibility for directing daily operations in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned. What can you expect? Real work/life hours of operation. Most locations open at 11:00 a.m. and close at 10:00 p.m. with no drive‑thrues.
