Intensive Home-Based Therapist (IHBT) - Juvenile Court Services

Clermont County, OH

Full-Time | Flexible Scheduling | Home-Based Services | $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

Salary: $52,200–$54,300 annually for dependently licensed clinicians

Child Focus is seeking a compassionate, motivated Mental Health Therapist to work with adolescents ages 12–19 and their families in partnership with the Clermont County Juvenile Court.

This is an opportunity to provide meaningful, trauma-informed care in the places where families live their lives, helping young people build coping skills, strengthen family relationships, and remain safely at home whenever possible.

  What You’ll Do

• Provide individual and family therapy to adolescents ages 12–19.
• Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based mental health services.
• Help youth develop coping strategies, emotional regulation, and independent living skills.
• Collaborate with caregivers, juvenile court personnel, schools, and community providers.
• Develop safety plans and support crisis stabilization.
• Connect families with resources and services that strengthen stability at home.
• Complete clinical documentation and treatment planning.

Services are delivered primarily in homes and community settings, allowing you to build relationships with families while addressing barriers to care.

  Required Education

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy

Required Licensure

• Ohio LSW, LPC, or MFT (Ohio licensure required)
