Your key responsibilities are to deliver white glove service and honor the FSG Principles while:Reviewing tax allocations, book-to-tax adjustments, state apportionment, and withholding tax computations for private fundsReviewing federal and state tax returns for partnerships and blocker corporationsCoordinating funding and remittance for tax obligationsComprehending tax implications and structuring requirements for private fund structuresResponding to inquiries from investors and clients in a timely and professional mannerCoordinating with outside tax preparers to ensure timely delivery of K-1s and filing of tax returnCollaborating with outside tax preparers to resolve notices and other matters with tax authoritiesOur requirements for you as an applicant are simple:5-10 years of partnership tax experience in public accounting or equivalent, preferably with a concentration in the financial services industryBe a team player with an enthusiastic work ethicLearn all we teach you quickly, comprehensively, and enthusiasticallyBe exceptional in your organizational and written communication skillsHave an exacting attention to detailBe exemplary in prioritization and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environmentBe proficient in Microsoft ExcelIf you excel in your responsibilities and fulfill your requirements, our commitment to you is:Comprehensive benefitsBase salary commensurate with experience and success: The annual base salary range for this position is $115,000-$150,000Quarterly bonus that offers unlimited potential growth - 1/3rd of our profits (no matter how much) are shared with our team in bonuses each quarterWe are primarily a remote work company, but some of the training for this role may be best delivered in-person leveraging client sites or local coworking locations. Our clients also ask us to provide on-site support from time-to-time. In the interview process, we can outline expectations about what, if any, in-person training or support time is expected to be required for this role.
