ABOUT THE ROLE

The Treatment Coordinator is a key patient-facing position responsible for guiding patients through their consultation, clearly explaining treatment recommendations, and confidently presenting financial options.

This is not a basic front desk role. It requires strong communication skills, professionalism, organization, and comfort discussing payment options.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

* Educate patients on the long-term benefits of orthodontic care

* Clearly explain treatment plans in simple, confident language

* Present financial options and insurance information professionally

* Support patients in making informed decisions

* Maintain organized scheduling and smooth patient flow

* Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical staff

* Uphold a clean, professional, patient-centered environment

* Ability to work evenings and some Saturdays

SCHEDULE

This is a full time position (Some evenings and Saturdays required)

Local travel between offices may be required.
