Job Title Therapist - Gloucester Job Overview The Therapist provides assessment and evidence‑based clinical treatment to children, adolescents, and families, promoting engagement in innovative care initiatives. This role collaborates with team members to deliver interventions such as TF‑CBT, PCIT, PMT, and MI while maintaining a client‑centered, outcome‑driven approach. The Therapist conducts structured intakes, formulates diagnoses, and develops collaborative treatment plans to support clients’ emotional and behavioral growth. Responsibilities Participate in innovative initiatives designed to specifically engage children and families in care and treatments. Collaborate with team members to implement evidence‑based services including TF‑CBT, PCIT, PMT, MI, etc. Provide assessment and clinical treatment interventions with a caseload focused on children and adolescents. Demonstrate ability to formulate diagnoses using a structured intake process, utilize outcome measures throughout treatment, and create treatment plans collaboratively with clients based on evidence‑based services. Requirements Master's degree in a relevant discipline. Valid NJ license (LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LaMFT, LMFT). Strong clinical skills and willingness to learn and implement evidence‑based protocols and concurrent documentation. Valid driver’s license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record. Additional Information Full‑time rates starting at $55,000. Fee‑for‑service rates starting at $40 per hour. Sign‑on bonus of $500 for full time. Ability to earn ongoing bonuses. Bilingual (Spanish) differential: $1.50 per hour. Free clinical supervision toward licensure.
