Warehouse Operator Job Details

• Position: Warehouse Night Shift Operator
• Shift: Night Shift
• Schedule: Sunday - Thursday
• Hours: 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM
• Overtime: Available with supervisor approval
• Location: Large Distribution Center

• Operate warehouse equipment including:
  • Stand-Up Reach Trucks
  • Cherry Pickers
  • Electric Pallet Jacks
  • Forklifts
• Pick, pack, stage, and load customer orders for shipment.
• Build, wrap, and prepare pallets for delivery.
• Verify incoming shipments for quantity and quality.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory checks.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and orders.
• Return misplaced inventory to proper locations.
• Inspect products for damage, defects, or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and work instructions.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and replenishment activities.

• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, or electric pallet jacks.
• Experience using RF scanners.
• Warehouse, distribution, receiving, stocking, picking, or packing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, squat, and perform repetitive movements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

• High-volume distribution center experience.
• Clamp truck experience.
• Experience building and wrapping pallets.
• Inventory control and cycle counting experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Florence, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
