NOW HIRING: HR Director

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for supporting healthcare teams? We’re looking for a Human Resources Director to lead our HR operations at our skilled nursing facility in Pennsylvania.

HR Director What You’ll Do:

Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance
Ensure policies align with state and federal regulations
Foster a positive workplace culture that supports staff retention and engagement
Manage payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations
Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership

HR Director What We’re Looking For:

Previous HR leadership experience in a long-term care (LTC) or healthcare setting is required
Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
