What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Precision Picking & Packing: Receive digital orders, retrieve items efficiently from shelves, and securely pack them for transit Quality & Weight Validation: Weigh completed delivery packages, validate them against system data, and meticulously record the weight before dispatch Aircraft Coordination: Request delivery aircraft via our digital dispatch system once packages are ready Payload Loading: Safely transport packages from the packing zone to the pickup location and correctly load them onto the aircraft Inventory Control: Conduct daily inventory checks and physical audits to maintain stock accuracy Problem Solving & Escalation: Promptly report failed orders to customer support and elevate any on-site loading or operational issues to your Team Lead Workplace Excellence: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace (5S), working smoothly either independently or within a small team What We’re Looking For (Requirements) Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, retail logistics, or material handling is a plus, but not required—we will train the right perso Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating digital ordering systems and interacting with automated logistics technology Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for accuracy, especially when verifying package weights and conducting inventory audit Team Player: Ability to work efficiently independently or collaborate closely in a small team environment Physical Ability: Able to carry packages from the packing area to the aircraft loading zone and stand/walk for the duration of a shift Adaptability: A flexible mindset, ready to assist with other operational duties as needed What’s in it for You Competitive pay and benefits package Hands‑on experience working with next‑generation autonomous aircraft/drone delivery technology A clean, modern, and safety‑first work environment Opportunities for career growth and advancement within a rapidly growing industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
