\n About the Rol

eThe Technical Designer, Men's & Kids is responsible for translating creative designs into clear, actionable technical specifications to ensure garments are produced with consistent fit, quality, and construction. This role operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities while supporting evolving business needs across categories

\n How You’ll Contribu

• teCreate detailed technical specification packages and review samples for fit, pattern accuracy, and construction qualit
\n
• y.Lead and participate in live model fittings, evaluating garments for balance, proportion, and quality, and provide clear feedback to resolve fit or construction issue
\n
• s.Review pre-production and production samples to ensure consistency with design intent and quality standard
\n
• s.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all technical details are properly executed and production-read
\n
• y.Communicate daily with overseas factories to clarify specifications, review comments, and resolve production or fit-related question
\n
• s.Maintain organized documentation of all technical specifications, revisions, and fit comments for accuracy and consistenc
\n
• y.Assist with special projects, process improvements, and other cross-functional work as needed to meet seasonal deadlines and business goal
\n
• s.Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple categories and priorities with attention to detail and strong follow-throug

\n What You Bring to the T

• eamBachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or a related field, or equivalent experien
\n
• ce.5+ years of experience as a Technical Designer in apparel (wholesale or vertical brand environment preferre
\n
• d).Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office Suite, and CAD syste
\n
• ms.Strong knowledge of garment construction, patternmaking, grading, and fit standar
\n
• ds.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with a high level of attention to deta
\n
• il.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal partners and overseas factori
\n
• es.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setti
