ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2011 and have built a close-knit team of three. Before becoming an agent, I spent 12 years on the corporate side of State Farm in several different roles, which gave me a strong understanding of the business and helped shape the way I lead and support my team today.

I attended Cumberland University, played baseball, and Im a proud parent of two kids. In the office, we keep things fun, supportive, and team-focused and Im especially proud that weve built a workplace with long-term stability and low turnover. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
