Senior Client Associate

How you'll make an impact Be at the heart of Gallagher's client service operations. Assist with branch workflows, create essential documents like certificates and reports, and ensure that all processes meet our high standards. By supporting our production team and adhering to timelines and data requirements, you’ll help us deliver on our promise of excellence. Your work will directly contribute to client satisfaction and retention, making a real difference every day. About You Required: High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills. Appropriate licensing as required. Preferred: Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred. Previous experience managing client relationships. Experience in client service or administrative support is a plus. Behaviors: A knack for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Attention to detail when creating documents and managing workflows. The ability to meet deadlines and follow established processes. A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement. Exceptional organizational skills. Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/ geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
