$1,000 Signing Bonus

What You’ll Do

• Set up and run manual mills and lathes to machine precision parts
• Handle milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, and bench work
• Interpret blueprints and specifications
• Inspect work throughout production and adjust to meet tolerances
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform routine equipment maintenance

What You Bring

• 1+ year of machining experience
• Experience with milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, and bench operations
• Blueprint reading proficiency
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving
• Reliable attendance; able to start at 6:00 a.m.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally
• High school diploma or equivalent

Bonus Skills

• CNC programming (required for higher-level machinist roles)
• Advanced setup and machining experience

Hours & Location

Jeffersonville, Indiana
44-hour week — Monday–Thursday 5:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.; Friday 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
