!! What You'll Do
- Work one-on-one and in groups, providing psychotherapy and psychoeducation services to support recovery and life goals
- Screen prospective clients seeking services, determining eligibility for services
- Complete intake assessments, gathering psychosocial histories and determining/rendering diagnoses
- Collaborate with a network of service providers
- Assist clients in identifying their goals for a better life, and create individualized treatment plans geared towards those goals
- Provide a cognitive-behavioral-based framework for treatment, while maintaining a person-first perspective about the clients served
- Master's degree in a Behavioral Science field (required). Transcript must accompany application
- Two (2)+ years of post-degree experience in professional mental health services, including working with serious mental illnesses
- Appropriate state licenses required (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- A passion for helping others and serving your community
