Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Investigates and processes customer and patient complaints inquiries and special requests. Processes and validates adjustments payments and handles revenue recovery activities. Coordinates telephone contact with customers and patients to ensure quality customer service effectively using applicable support systems.
