LATAM Marketing Specialist

Driving growth across Spanish-speaking markets, the full-time LATAM Marketing Specialist will develop and execute localized marketing strategies while collaborating with global teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of LATAM markets, including local exam systems and education structures Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns across CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and organic social Monitor and optimize campaigns using data to improve acquisition, activation, and retention funnels Required qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus 3+ years of digital marketing experience in SaaS or B2C within Latin America Strong understanding of multichannel marketing dynamics specific to the region Experience in developing and implementing localized marketing strategies Analytical mindset with the ability to work with limited data to drive initiatives
