Senior Accountant

Overview We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to help keep financial operations running smoothly and accurately. In this role, you’ll work across teams to manage day-to-day accounting, support reporting, and help improve processes that drive better business decisions. What You’ll Do Day-to-Day Accounting Manage accounts payable and receivable, including tracking and resolving issues Record cash activity and reconcile bank accounts Maintain accurate customer and vendor records Reporting & Close Support month-end and year-end close processes Prepare regular financial reports and explain key variances Assist with financial statements and tax-related filings Payroll & Compliance Process payroll on a regular schedule Review employee expenses Support audits and help ensure compliance with accounting standards Inventory & Planning Assist with inventory counts and reporting Support budgeting and financial planning efforts Projects & Improvements Help maintain sales and commission reporting Take on special projects as needed Identify ways to improve processes and increase efficiency What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP Experience with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.) High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Professionalism and discretion with sensitive information A proactive, problem-solving approach Primarily on-site role Occasional extra hours during busy periods (such as month-end close) Competitive pay based on experience Benefits package may include health, dental, vision, and retirement options Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth and development Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristics. #J-18808-Ljbffr Titus Talent Strategies
