We are looking for a Senior Accountant to play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of our financial operations. This position goes beyond traditional accounting—partnering with leadership to provide analysis, insights, and recommendations that support both operational and strategic decisions.

Where you’ll work…

Located on Canal Street in Milwaukee, our headquarters sits alongside our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in the Menomonee River Valley.

This role will be fully onsite.

What you’ll do…

• Lead key components of the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses
• Analyze financial results, explain variances, and provide actionable insights
• Support financial reporting packages and ensure data integrity
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Oversee fixed assets and lease accounting, including depreciation and compliance
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial and operational data
• Support audit and compliance processes, maintaining audit-ready documentation
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort

What You Bring…

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• 3–5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing/CPG preferred)
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems
• CPA (preferred)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
