SENIOR ACCOUNTANT Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives on turning financial data into meaningful business insights? We are looking for a Senior Accountant to play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of our financial operations. This position goes beyond traditional accounting—partnering with leadership to provide analysis, insights, and recommendations that support both operational and strategic decisions. - Lead key components of the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses
- Analyze financial results, explain variances, and provide actionable insights
- Support financial reporting packages and ensure data integrity
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Oversee fixed assets and lease accounting, including depreciation and compliance
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial and operational data
- Support audit and compliance processes, maintaining audit-ready documentation
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
- 3–5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing/CPG preferred)
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems
- CPA (preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- You don’t just report numbers—you interpret and explain them
- You identify trends and proactively solve problems before they escalate
- You bring structure and efficiency to complex financial processes
- You operate with strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
- You are a trusted partner who helps leadership make better decisions
