Bartender - Ciera Steak and Chophouse (Part Time)

Description

Responsibilities:

1. Mix and dispense beverages for guests according to established recipes and procedures. Take drink orders from servers and process drink orders in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Operate and balance computer cash drawer and take payment from guest(s) when assigned. Properly process transactions, involving cash, credit card or other forms of payment.
3. Adhere to all state, county, and federal regulations, and the Company's internal controls, policies & procedures.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all assigned service areas and storage areas.
5. Maintain stock on all beverage and bar service items and replenish as required.
6. Must have ability to pour a high volume of drinks.
7. Must be knowledgeable about beers, liquors and beer/liquor trends and be able to relate that knowledge to the consumer.
8. Must follow the Purpose and Values model at all times.
9. Other related duties as assigned by management.

Target Salary Range:

• $12.00 per hour

Qualifications
Experience Basic math and cash handling skills (preferred)
Strong communication and guest service skills (preferred)
Six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience (required)
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Licenses & Certifications NV Health Card (required)
