About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of eliminating transportation barriers for children with cancer. The successful candidate will be a strategic, relationship-oriented nonprofit leader with a deep commitment to the organization's vision. This role involves providing strategic, operational, and fundraising leadership, as well as strengthening partnerships and advancing the mission. The Executive Director will have the opportunity to expand the organization's national impact, scale its services, and enhance its organizational excellence. Key responsibilities include leading the transition from founder-led to next-generation leadership, expanding fundraising and organizational capacity, and serving as the chief ambassador for the mission.
