Job Summary

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Executive Director Internal Business Services plan organize coordinate and direct day-to-day financial transactions and activities related to budget accounting and operations including payroll accounts payable receivable purchasing State and Federal reporting and related auditing functions to assure accurate and timely accounting and reporting; assist with the operation and provide guidance for the in-house graphics printing and mail/courier activities; train supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned staff; perform a variety of special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Any combination equivalent to:Bachelors degree in Business or Public Administration Accounting or related years professional administrative experience in administration and school accounting including at least three years of supervisory experience.
