Job Description Description \n GEORGE MCKENNA ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple commercial electrical construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. \n What We Offer: \n \n $50.00–$55.00 per hour, based on experience \n Vehicle allowance & Fuel Card \n Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance \n 401(k) with Company Match \n Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays \n Professional Growth and Development Opportunities \n \n \n What You’ll Do: \n \n Lead and oversee electrical field operations across multiple commercial projects \n Supervise and mentor Superintendents, Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, and subcontractors \n Develop manpower plans and ensure projects remain on schedule \n Review blueprints, electrical drawings, specifications, and project schedules \n Monitor labor productivity, quality, and job-site performance \n Identify and resolve field conflicts and construction issues \n Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards \n Coordinate inspections, materials, equipment, and workforce needs \n Partner with Project Managers, General Contractors, clients, and inspectors \n Maintain strong customer relationships and represent GME professionally \n \n \n What You’ll Bring: \n \n 10 years of commercial electrical construction experience \n 10 years as an Electrical Superintendent or senior field leader \n Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and the NEC \n Proven experience leading multiple field teams and large commercial projects \n Ability to read blueprints, drawings, specifications, and schedules \n Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills \n Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software \n Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the DFW area \n \n \n Preferred \n \n Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician License \n OSHA 30 certification \n Experience with large commercial, healthcare, data center, industrial, education, or municipal projects \n Experience with $5M electrical project scopes \n \n \n Working with our Company: \n George McKenna Electrical Contractors (GME) has been serving commercial customers throughout the Mid-Atlantic region since 1981.
