What You’ll Take On

• Own CNC mill setups from workholding and tooling to zeroing and first‑article approval.
• Operate mills (and support lathes when needed) to produce parts that meet tight tolerances.
• Read and act on technical drawings and specs without ambiguity.
• Inspect parts using gauges and precision instruments; record results and correct deviations.
• Diagnose issues quickly; perform routine maintenance to keep machines production‑ready.
• Coordinate with engineering and production to streamline processes and reduce waste.
• Keep your cell spotless and safe, following all safety protocols.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining coursework or credential preferred.
• Proven CNC machining experience with emphasis on milling operations.
• Comfortable interpreting prints and technical documentation.
• Quality‑first mindset with sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to work solo or with a team in a high‑tempo environment.
• Proactive problem‑solver who anticipates and addresses challenges.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods; perform repetitive tasks.
• Fine manual dexterity for small parts and tooling.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
