Job Description Job Description Top Job Located in Mason, OH Salary: $55-75K Position: Inside Sales Engineer / Manufacturing Location: Mason, OH Location: On site Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 annually. Requirements A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. A strong mechanical aptitude or an automotive background is highly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software/ ability to understand and utilize the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system. ERP & CAD experience is preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers, management, and other divisions. A clean driving record is required to manage travel and on site customer visits within the assigned territory. Responsibilities Expand sales and maintain existing accounts in assigned territories by building strong relationships with key personnel and resolving customer issues promptly. Provide technical inquiry responses, conduct field tests, and offer technical support to customers and the sales team to ensure proper product specifications and performance. Research and investigate new account opportunities, analyze competitor trends and strategic data, and provide technical data for sales promotion. Prepare estimates and summary items in approved formats, follow up with customers, and verify purchase orders to ensure accurate entry into the system.
