Bilingual Customer Service Representative Dispatch Justin, TX | $18/hr | Temp-to-Perm We are hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work in a busy Dispatch Department in Justin, TX. This is a high-volume office environment. You will work in a cubicle alongside approximately 50 other representatives, with phones ringing and people coming and going throughout the day. If you have call center, dispatch, transportation, or high-volume customer service experience, we want to talk to you! Schedule: MondayFriday Typically 11:00 AM5:00 PM Must be available to start as early as 8:00 AM when needed Approximately 3040 hours per week Pay: $18.00/hour Temp-to-Perm Opportunity What You'll Do Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls Make outgoing calls as needed Assist customers, drivers, and other contacts Communicate information clearly in English and Spanish Perform general clerical and data-entry duties Maintain accurate information while handling multiple requests Work closely with the Dispatch team Requirements Fluent English AND Spanish REQUIRED General clerical/office experience Strong customer service skills Comfortable spending a large portion of the day on the phone Basic computer and data-entry skills Able to multitask in a busy, high-traffic environment Professional and dependable GREAT BACKGROUNDS FOR THIS JOB Call Center Dispatch Transportation Logistics Automotive Towing Customer Service This is NOT a quiet office.
