About the Role:

Orangetheory Fitness Fargo is looking for a passionate and driven Studio Manager to lead our high-energy fitness community in Fargo, ND. This is your opportunity to combine your love of fitness with your leadership skills to inspire a team, grow membership, and deliver an exceptional member experience every day.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily studio operations to ensure a seamless and energizing member experience

Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales associates and fitness staff

Drive membership sales growth through local marketing, outreach, and community engagement

Monitor and manage studio KPIs including membership revenue, retention, and attrition

Handle member inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and urgency

Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews

Maintain studio cleanliness, equipment standards, and brand compliance

Requirements:

3+ years of management experience, preferably in fitness, retail, or hospitality

Proven track record in sales performance and team leadership

Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills

Passion for health, wellness, and the Orangetheory brand

Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Can work up to 45 hours per week if needed

Proficiency with CRM or studio management software is a plus

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Skilled holding a team accountable while creating a positive team culture
