Production Associate

Job Description

Typical duties include :

Operate production machinery according to company standards and work instructions.
Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments to ensure efficient operation.
Inspect finished products to verify quality and identify defects.
Load raw materials and remove completed products from the production line.
Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.
Complete production documentation accurately.
Report machine malfunctions and assist with routine maintenance when needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Consistently meet production, quality, and safety goals.

Additional Qualifications

Available to work 2nd Shift or 3rd Shift.
Comfortable working in a hot warehouse/manufacturing environment.
Able to stand for 8–12 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Strong work ethic, dependable, and safety-focused
