Automotive Mechanic - Technician

Washington, Michigan has a shop that does not believe in boring workdays. This place runs on skill, sarcasm, and the kind of teamwork that makes the hours disappear faster than a torque wrench at a rookie's first oil change. If you like a shop with personality the good kind, not the "Jerry's been yelling since 1998" kind you're going to feel right at home.

You'll see everything from clean family SUVs to trucks that have definitely "been through some things," plus the occasional mystery noise that only happens when the customer is pulling into their driveway at exactly 3 mph. The vibe is upbeat, a little gritty, and built for techs who like to wrench hard, laugh hard, and go home feeling like they actually enjoyed their day.

What You'll Be Doing

Real diagnostics with modern tools
Repairs on domestic & import vehicles
Maintenance, brakes, suspension, electrical, and engine work
Keeping customers safe and their vehicles running like they should
Staying consistently busy in a high?momentum, well?run shop

What You Bring

Experience as an Automotive Technician, Auto Mechanic, or ASE Tech
Strong diagnostic instincts and clean, accurate repair work
Pride in doing the job right the first time
A team?focused attitude with some edge and humor
Certifications are great, but not required
