Job Description: Promote and maintain a store culture consistent with Worldwide Golf’s values, including the “Sure No Problem” philosophy. Maintain awareness of all golf product knowledge, terminology, merchandise, promotions, demo merchandise and sale advertisements to better serve customers. Maintain product flow to the sales floor from store receiving areas and assist with markdown and clearance management per company guidelines. Assist with execution of all visual merchandising standards, including signage and displays. Research merchandise availability via computer database; requisition merchandise from stockroom and take inventory of stock where needed. Maintain database and shipping/receiving records for the department. After training, recognize and suggest ways to improve processes. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: Ability to spend work time standing or moving about the departments within the store, including bending, stooping, lifting up to 15 pounds, carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis. Working knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet, inventory, internet and order processing systems. Ability to tag, hang, and sensor merchandise. Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates. Qualifications Desired: 1+ years of experience working in a retail/apparel environment or golf industry (preferred, not required).
