The Opportunity
We're partnering with a well-established organization in downtown Portland seeking a Payroll & Benefits professional to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning payroll while also supporting benefits administration and broader HR operations in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate payroll
- Administer employee benefits and serve as a resource for employee questions
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Support employee relations and respond to day-to-day HR questions
- Coordinate payroll taxes, reporting, and compliance requirements
- Partner with managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Assist with performance management, leave administration, and other HR initiatives
- Support audits, reporting, and special HR/payroll projects as needed
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of payroll and HR experience
- Strong payroll and benefits administration experience
- Well-rounded HR background with exposure to employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and compliance
