This fast-growing, locally based brand is recognized for sourcing premium coffees from local roasters and serving exceptional drinks and fresh food in a vibrant, inspiring environment. Hire, train, motivate, and inspire others to have fun and create a better experience with every transaction Enforce brand standards and expectations such as proper uniform, cleanliness, and recipe adherence Ensure that all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately and on time Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback, establishing performance expectations and by conducting performance reviews Champion a safe, harassment-free and discrimination-free workplace Lead the team with efficiency, respect, friendliness, professionalism, knowledge, patience, awareness, compassion, courtesy, and initiative Your Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a General Manager for a $2.5M+ café, QSR, or full-service restaurant Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills A motivated, organized, charismatic individual who is eager to lead a successful team New location opening experience preferred
