Minimum Requirements

• A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
• An active physical therapy license in Oklahoma is necessary to commence the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care environments is preferred.
• Prior experience in geriatric rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, and mobility training is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with restorative nursing programs and care plan development is preferred.
• Previous travel therapy experience is a plus.
