We have an opening for the position: 1:1 Nurse in Chester, NY. Accucare provides an essential asset to your career, started by nurses for nurses. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 nursing care in patients’ homes. Care for a 10‑year‑old patient with G‑Tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator. Flexible scheduling (full‑time, part‑time, and per diem available). Receive patient‑specific training. Other cases/shifts available in surrounding areas (contact for more info). Available shifts: weekday/weekend overnights. Shift times: Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Requirements Some experience with tracheostomy and ventilator required. NYS nursing licensure required. Must be computer literate. Completion of onboarding required prior to training. Must complete nursing notes within 24 hours of shift completion.
