Job Details 1:1 Nursing in patient's home 5yr old with Cerebral Palsy, G-tube, Short Gut Syndrome, Hernia and Ileostomy Flexible scheduling (Full-time, part-time, or per diem available) Patient‑specific training provided Other cases/shifts available in surrounding areas (Contact us for more info) Available Shifts Weekends, Overnight: Saturday 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM Requirements Some experience with pediatric tracheostomy required NYS Nursing licensure required Must be computer literate Completion of onboarding required prior to training Must be able to complete nursing notes within 24 hours of the shift being completed Must have malpractice insurance Must be able to work with pets Compensation 45/hr Benefits Competitive compensation Differential pay based on education, experience, certifications, and working in high‑need areas Paid vacation & sick time Training provided including paid clinical orientation, preceptorship, and ongoing skills labs Flexible work hours & scheduling 1:1 working environment 24‑hour support from our administrative team Retirement savings program 401(k) Health insurance for full‑time staff, $0 deductible plans available Tuition reimbursement after 6 months and CEU credits Referral bonus incentives starting at $500 per referral Remote onboarding available Apply now for immediate consideration.
