Job Overview Licensed Clinician – Telehealth and Face‑to‑Face Sessions Who We Are Thriveworks is a trusted mental health provider with 340+ locations and a nationwide hybrid care model. What We’re Looking For We’re hiring independently licensed clinicians ready to make a difference and grow with us. We’re especially interested in: Providers willing to see 15–25+ sessions per week Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support) Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles Strong character matters — we value integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care Responsibilities Deliver mental health care through a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions, meet session volume expectations, and participate in team collaboration and supervision as needed. Qualifications Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, licensed psychologist, or equivalent in state of licensure Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided Compensation Varies based on location, licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
