YourChoice Concierge is looking for people who are passionate about supporting busy professionals & families! The right candidates will be enthusiastic, flexible, self motivated and able to work independently. Good judgement and personal leadership are key. This is a 1099/contract position. This is NOT a full-time position. Opportunity for 40hrs/week over time depending on results and our client needs.
This position will be dedicated to helping busy individuals and families accomplish their personal tasks & responsibilities. Duties will include but are not limited to:
Home Cleaning & Maintenance
- Perform weekly basic cleaning of a 4000 sq ft home, including floors, bathrooms, counters, and general tidying.
- Complete deep cleaning tasks on a quarterly basis, such as baseboards, ceiling fans, and other hard-to-reach or often-overlooked areas.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and in good condition.
Organization & Tidiness
- Maintain overall tidiness of the home on an ongoing basis.
- Assist with occasional organization projects for spaces like the pantry, closets, and laundry room.
- Create and implement systems to help the household stay clutter-free and efficient.
Meal Planning & Preparation
- Create weekly meal plans several days in advance and submit to the client for feedback or edits.
- Upon approval, shop for groceries and ingredients based on the finalized plan.
- Prep and cook meals as directed, with attention to dietary needs, preferences, and household schedule.
Errands & Shopping
- Run occasional errands such as dry cleaning drop-off/pick-up, grocery runs, post office, and more, as needed.
Personal Assistance
- Provide general personal assistant support, which may include scheduling appointments, receiving deliveries, managing household vendors, or other as-needed tasks that support the smooth operation of the home.
Other important details :
- 5-20hrs/wk (It will vary depending on the client’s schedule)
- Pay rate is based on experience
- Paid for travel time
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Prior experience in house management, personal assisting, professional housekeeping, or similar roles.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Comfort with meal planning and preparation; basic culinary skills preferred.
- Discretion and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality.
- Flexibility to adjust to changing needs and priorities of the household.
Requirements
- Available at least 2-3 days per week
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to respond quickly and take on last minute requests
- Must be able to collaborate with other support personnel, management and clients
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
