Contracts Administrator

Position Summary The Contracts Administrator is a member of the Procurement team and is responsible for supporting the end-to-end administration of supplier contracts, from initial request through execution and closeout, in accordance with company policies and procurement standards. The role serves as a key operational resource, ensuring contracts progress efficiently through intake, review, approval, execution, and repository management while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer service. Responsibilities include managing contract and purchase requests, coordinating approval and signature workflows, maintaining contract records within the contract management system, and supporting contract reporting and closeout. As a member of the Procurement team, the Contracts Administrator serves as a primary point of contact for the business groups, partnering with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to support the contracting process and deliver a responsive, efficient, and policy-compliant contracting experience. The Contracts Administrator will interact as needed with suppliers to facilitate contract administration. In-Office Requirement: 4 days a week Primary Responsibilities
Contract Review (25%):

Contract Review (25%):
- Conduct an initial administrative review of supplier agreements for completeness, required documentation, and the inclusion of required contractual provisions in accordance with Procurement policies and established procedures
- Identify missing information or policy exceptions requiring further review
- Create and manage contract and purchase requests within the contract management system
- Validate submitted requests for completeness and required documentation
- Create and maintain contract records
- Initiate DocuSign signature workflows
- Monitor contract review and approval workflows
- Follow up with business stakeholders, Legal, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and suppliers to resolve outstanding items
- Escalate workflow bottlenecks as appropriate
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials
- Deliver training and user support on the contract management processes, Procurement policies, and related procedures
- Monitor shared mailboxes and respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the team on policy updates and process reviews
- Identify opportunities to improve contracting workflows, system configuration, templates, and user experience
- Perform other duties associated with this position, as needed and assigned
- Bachelor's degree, required
- 3-5 years of overall relevant experience, required
- Experience in contract administration, procurement operations, supplier management, or legal operations, preferred
- Experience in reviewing procurement and sourcing documents, including Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, and Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build productive working relationships across Procurement, Legal, Finance, Accounts Payable, and business stakeholders
- Familiarity with enterprise contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and the ability to learn and effectively use new contract management technologies.

- Customer service orientation with a focus on responsiveness and stakeholder support
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat skills.
