Senior Cyber Support Developer

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree, or 4+ additional years of IT and/or cyber experience in place of a degree.
• We require at least 5 years of software administration experience.
• We need experience supporting large, complex software development initiatives.
• We need hands-on experience configuring and maintaining virtualized environments.
• We need experience maintaining ServiceNow instances.
• We require an IAT Level II certification, such as GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or CCNA-Security, or the ability to earn it within 6 months of hire.
• We require an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• We prefer experience with Kubernetes orchestration, GitLab CI/CD pipeline implementation, AWS EKS management, and Linux server administration.
• We prefer the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, design effective fixes, and deliver resolutions promptly.
• We prefer a Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) credential.

• We maintain enterprise IT infrastructure and help ensure system reliability and security in a virtualized environment.
• We identify and put in place best-practice solutions for challenging technical issues.
• We manage server infrastructure and carry out system upgrades.
• We provide technical support to support system availability and security.
• We administer user access controls and deploy security patches.
• We configure and oversee network infrastructure and automate pipelines.
• We work closely with internal stakeholders and team members to develop solutions that meet business needs.
• We support key development efforts and help build scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with mission requirements.
