Store Team Lead: Ops, Training & Customer Experience

Rack Room Shoes in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Team Lead to supervise day-to-day store operations, ensure policy compliance, and provide guidance to staff under the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
You will lead service, sales and operational objectives, train staff, and manage inventory, merchandising, scheduling and loss prevention, stepping in during absences to run the store.
