Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Support the design and development of electrical systems and components in accordance with project requirements.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and integration of electrical solutions.• Conduct feasibility studies and assist in analyzing technical requirements to optimize designs.QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.• 2+ years of experience in electrical engineering or related roles.• 2+ years knowledge of electrical design principles, practices, and standards.• 2+ years of proficiency with electrical design software and tools such as CAD and simulation software, with the ability to apply these tools effectively in design and analysis tasks.• 2+ years of experience with electrical system testing, troubleshooting, and validation processes.WE VALUE• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.• Experience in Aerospace or related sectors.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.• Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.• Experience with electro-mechanical sensor design.The annual base salary range for this position is $84,800.00 - $106,000.00.
